At Cameron Toll, Hunter REIM has completed a lease renewal with Specsavers and lease regears with The Gym Group and TSB, maintaining the centre’s 100% occupancy and increasing its weighted average lease term.

Specsavers’ lease, which had been due to expire in July 2021, was extended at the passing rent of £65,000 per annum. As part of the renewal, the landlord is partially funding the creation of new testing facilities within the store.

TSB Bank Plc has agreed to extend its lease for a further ten years to July 2033 subject to a rebased rent and commencing a refit of the store.

The Gym Group has also agreed to extend its lease by five years to August 2037 in exchange for six months rent free.
