On behalf of the Hunter UK Retail Unit Trust, Hunter has secured increased lease commitments with Costwold at 78-92 Foregate Street, Chester (pictured) and Union Gate, Bristol.
In Chester, a new 5 year lease at the passing rent was secured. In Bristol, the rent was increased to £160,000 per annum and an upcoming break option was removed, increasing the term certain to 5.5 years.
