At Cameron Toll, Hunter has completed two lease renewals to Peacocks and Poundland maintaining the centre’s 100% occupancy, emphasising it as Edinburgh’s premier neighbourhood centre.

Peacocks has agreed a new 5 year lease at a rent of £75,000 per annum while Poundland has agreed a new 3 year lease at an increased rent, also at £75,000 per annum.

Orinsen advised Hunter on both renewals.
