At Cameron Toll, Hunter has completed a lease renewal with O2 and a lease regear with Greggs, maintaining the centre’s 100% occupancy.

O2’s lease, due to expire in November, has been extended at a rent of £63,000 per annum while Greggs has agreed to remove its tenant only break option in 2022 in exchange for 4.5 months rent free. Both transactions were agreed at ERV.

Orinsen advised Hunter on both renewals.
