At Cameron Toll, Hunter has completed a lease renewal with EE and lease regears with Subway and Sky.

Despite the impact of Covid-19, the Centre has continued to provide an essential service for the local neighbourhood with occupancy, stores trading and footfall remaining high throughout. The attractiveness and success of the Centre is emphasised by these three tenants signing long term commitments at the Centre.

EE’s lease, due to expire in December 2020, has been extended for five years at ERV while Sky and Subway agreed to remove their break options in 2021 and 2022 respectively at their current passing rent.
